CPD announces latest candidate who has agreed to participate in big presidential debate

PDOIS leader Halifa Sallah has accepted to participate in a big debate involving the country’s presidential candidates, according to the Commission on Political Debates.

The group is organizing a debate of the presidential candidates and the independent Essa Faal and NUP’s Abdoulie Jammeh are the first to confirm their participation.

PDOIS’ Halifa Sallah is the latest to confirm his participation, according to CPD on Saturday.

Next month’s presidential election features six candidates including incumbent President Adama Barrow.
