UDP leader Ousainou Darboe on Saturday said President Adama Barrow sought help where no one expected him to, frowning at the NPP’s alliance with APRC.

Mr Darboe made the statement in Busumbala Saturday evening during a huge rally by UDP.

The UDP leader insisted the NPP-APRC alliance was borne out of desperation.

He said: “He (President Barrow) has gone to seek help where no one expected him to. But as the English says: desperate situation leads to desperate action.”

Mr Darboe said elsewhere Gambians will bring change in the December presidential election.

“But Gambians know what to do and I know on the 4th of December, you will bring change in this country for the benefit of all,” he said.
