President Adama Barrow has thanked Gambians for the love their have shown to him and his government.
Speaking Sunday in the context of a massive meeting in Banjul, PORG said: “Thank you to the people of Banjul for the amazing rally on Saturday. Thank you for the love and appreciation towards me and my government. Together we will transform Banjul into the city it truly deserves to be. When we are united, we can achieve our dreams for a prosperous nation. The transformation of the roads in Banjul is an example.
“My Government is determined to improve the lives of Civil Servants, in addition to the 50% salary increment and 100% for Pensioners, we are currently reviewing the total wages and remuneration structure, which will also include a minimum wage requirement for all workers in 2022.”
