Police confirm arrest of four people over Westfield fatal stabbing

Police confirmed arresting four people over a fatal stabbing incident at Westfield earlier this month.

Senegalese national Serigne Mbacké Fall was allegedly stabbed by unknown men who tried to rob him on May 14.

His father told Senegalese media his slain son was on his way to send some money to him when he met his fate.

Police spokesman Lamin Njie said: “We can confirm that four individuals are currently under arrest and helping police in their investigations into the stabbing incident at Westfield. They are all Gambians.”
