A soldier caught on camera treating himself to a bottle of wine while in a public transport has been arrested.
Warrant Officer Class 2 Ousman Touray of the army’s education unit was arrested a day after a video of him drinking in a public transport emerged.

In the video, the in-uniform soldier is seen arguing with fellow travellers over his behaviour, as he is seen insisting it’s a democracy.
Army spokesman Major Lamin K Sanyang told The Fatu Network Touray has been arrested and now faces the stiffest punishment over his ‘gross’ indiscipline behaviour.
“This is not who we are as an army,” Major Sanyang while assuring the public added.
He is being kept at Yundum Barracks.
