Jammeh’s return to Gambia: Audio gets circulated

Gambians online have been reacting to an audio of former President Yahya Jammeh where he is heard speaking on various issues including his return to the country.

The audio shared on the social media network Facebook and elsewhere in past days has sparked fresh chatter over whether the former leader should return to the country.

But The Fatu Network has confirmed the audio is the same as the audio the former president shared with his supporters last year, as they prepared to protest against his exile.
