Baba Jah said ‘I insulted him and I did it deliberately’ as he explained his side of the story following his face-off with UDP’s Pata Saidykhan.
Jah and Saidykhan were separated after a fight broke out between them on Sunday at a reunion party in Seattle, Washington.
Jah said on Monday: “I was the one who saw Pata and insulted him. I did it deliberately. I am a man and I am not one to sit on Facebook and insult people. I was the one who insulted Pata and he held my hand and pushed me.
“As I was falling to the ground, I used my hand to place them on the ground and my knees touched the ground. I got up and then called the police. When the police came, they asked Pata and he told them he did lay hands on me. I told police he assaulted me and I want to press charges.”
