Halifa Sallah accepts Dr Ismaila Ceesay’s debate challenge

PDOIS presidential candidate Halifa Sallah has accepted to take on CA presidential candidate Dr Ismaila Ceesay in a debate following the latter’s challenge earlier Sunday for coalition leaders to face him.

Dr Ismaila throw down the gauntlet to the leaders after accusing them of failing the Gambian people when they pull forces in 2016.

Halifa Sallah is touted in some quarters as the mastermind of Coalition 2016 which ended former President Jammeh’s 22 years rule.

Mr Sallah’s aide Kexx Sanneh on Sunday evening the veteran politician has accepted to take on Dr Ceesay. According to Kexx, Haruna Drammeh has accepted to moderate the big showdown.
