But GDC’s MC Cham Jnr has now come out to dismiss the claims.

Cham Jnr wrote on Monday: “Contrary to the false and malicious claims that Alagi Jawo, GDC constituency youth leader for Upper Fulladu has joins NPP is unfounded and false. Alagi himself rubbished the claims and still affirmed his loyalty to GDC for better Gambia. The desperate NPP is going around spreading false claims of bring people to the party that is established on lies and betrayal of trust in the eyes of Gambians.”

But in an audio obtained by The Fatu Network, Jawo is heard declaring her love for President Barrow and NPP.

“I’m a true GDC supporter in CRR. But if you see a man going after dried grass, he has not seen a green one,” he said in the audio.
