UDP leader Ousainou Darboe has called on the people of Janjangbureh not to vote for President Adama Barrow.
Speaking in Janjangbureh on Monday, Mr Darboe said: “December 4th is crawling towards us and we are also crawling towards it. This is day Gambians will either make their future or destroy it.
“I am not expecting it will happen but if Adama Barrow’s government returns to power in this country… Five years of Adama Barrow is 25 years of retrogression. That will be big regret for the country.”
UDP has since last week been touring the country, less than two months to presidential elections.
The party’s tour has now entered the Central River Region.
