Lamin Darboe has on Wednesday been reinstated as executive director of National Youth Council.
Mr Darboe was in June sacked from the role under unexplained circumstances, a move that sparked outrage among many Gambian youth.

The ministry of youth has now walked back its much-savaged move and has reinstated Mr Darboe, The Fatu Network understands.
It comes two days after the highly regarded youth leader bagged a scholarship to pursue a master’s degree course in the United Kingdom.
