BB Dabo confirms coalition talks involving opposition parties

GFA leader Bakary Bunja Dabo has said there is need for opposition parties to come together against the NPP-APRC and others’ coalition.

“Given the kind of electoral system we have, if we go our separate ways against a block of several other parties, I think we are making it easier for them to win and this is why we should come together,” Mr Dabo said on For The People By The People Show on Sunday.

His comments come amid reports a number of opposition political parties are engaged in talks for a grand coalition.

Mr Dabo’s GFA is part of the talks along with GDC, CA, APP, NUP and ANRD.
