Youth Minister Bakary Badjie and his DPS involved in car accident

Ministry of Youth and Sports has confirmed that the Minister of Youth and Sports Bakary Badjie and the deputy permanent secretary for Technical Sutay Jawo were involved in a car minor accident.

“Earlier today, our Hon. Minister, Bakary Y Badjie, and Deputy Permanent Secretary, Technical, Mr Sutay Jawo were involved in a minor car accident at Bati-Nder from Janjanbureh, Central River Region, but they are all safe and sound.

“Is important to note that none of them is injured or hospitalised, contrary to rumours circulating in the social media,” the ministry said on Friday.
