Gambia beaten by Morocco 7-2 after El Karti hat-trick and Azaro double

The Scorpions were thrashed 7-2 on Thursday by Morocco in the first of three friendly international matches.

Morocco’s El Karti scored a hat-trick and Azaro scored twice in a game that saw Morocco field their B team.

Gambia was 6-nil down when Modou Barrow pulled one back in the 68th minute. The striker grabbed a second in the 90th minute after a blunder by Morocco’s keeper.
