The coronavirus pandemic continued its worrisome onslaught on Saturday amid the confirmation of 61 new cases.

The ministry of health in its situation report No. 106 said: “Sixty-one new cases registered, bringing to 277 the total number of COVID-19 cases ever confirmed in the country.

“This denotes that about 1 in every 4 suspected cases reported tested positive for COVID-19. Over 90% of the new cases have had no recent travel history out of the country.”
