Mamma Kandeh has said God is good as he reacted to the sensational departure of Dr Demba Sabally, his right-hand man.

Kandeh also said: “Because if you’re in a house or group with another person when your hearts are not in convergence… He pretends he likes you when he doesn’t inside of his heart. For Allah to expose him early and he leaves is better.
“I don’t want to talk about Dr Sabally and all those who left GDC. I wish him good luck over where he has gone to. It’s his right to go to wherever he goes. Just as he had the right to come to GDC.
“But I just want to tell him to say the truth. Every GDC member he called has called me and he met them in GDC.
“He didn’t bring them to GDC. It’s a case of someone finding a house already built and you wanting to remove the sticks from it. But God is good.
