The youth-led movement Gambians Against Looted Assets (GALA) has announced plans to occupy the headquarters of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) on Friday, August 22, in protest against the regulator’s recent decision to impose a floor price on mobile data.
In a post on its social media platforms, the group urged supporters to join the action, declaring: “make it your business to occupy PURA tomorrow.”
