“Babucarr went to Libya to work and alleviate the poverty of his family. He saw that we are suffering and times are difficult for us. So he decided to go to Libya to find a job and help us back home,” Samba told Foroyaa.

North African nation Libya since the ousting of longtime strongman Muammar Gaddafi has been overcome with chaos and sorrow.

The years of incessant violence in which people from all walks of life continue to be killed underscore the heavy toll of Libya’s war.

The country also continues to be bedabbled with a power vacuum that has led extremist militias to vie for control.
